About The Position

As a part-time Bartender/Server, you will prepare classic and creative beverages and provide exceptional service in a vibrant, welcoming hotel-bar atmosphere. You will engage with guests, manage bar inventory, and maintain a clean, organized bar environment. The schedule is evenings, 4:00–11:00 p.m.; the position may also require varied hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Applicants are asked to share their scheduling needs.

The role reports to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor. Hotel experience is a plus. Applicants should have a combination of education and experience; bartender certification may receive additional consideration. Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• Warm, professional demeanor that reflects HVMG’s Culture of Excellence.
• A combination of education and experience.
