We’re looking for hospitality focused, experienced Bartenders to join our team of dedicated professionals to serve our guests with exceptional service and quality, ensuring every experience is thoroughly enjoyable. Bartenders make beverage recommendations based on the needs and preferences of our guests, and that is a critical factor in delivering an exceptional guest experience while also achieving business goals. Bartenders have a lead role in communicating with guests in a professional and friendly manner delivering genuine hospitality for a memorable customer experience.

Requirements

21+ years of age.
Bartender experience and knowledge preparing and mixing beverages.
Available and flexible to work a variety of hours to include days, evenings, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

Bartender certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a professional, has a positive disposition with strong teamwork and communication skills greeting and serving guests.
Hospitality focused, understands the importance of a clean, well-stocked and organized bar to present a welcoming environment for our guests.
Prepares alcoholic and other beverages, including mixing classic and innovative cocktails.
Understands legal compliance of a bar and checks customers' IDs to ensure drinking age compliance.
Routinely interacts with our guests, making menu recommendations based on customers needs and preferences.
