About The Position

As Server/Bartender, you are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating the bar area. You are also responsible for creating an enjoyable experience for guests by providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for 6 hours and lift 30 pounds.
• Food Handlers Card required.
• One year of previous bartender experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and courteously, and explain specials, promotions, and menu items.
• Prepare drinks to industry and brand standards.
• Understand service and timing standards and serve guests according to those standards.
• Maintain knowledge of food pairings and recommended wines or beverages for appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
• Memorize and promote daily specials.
• Maintain knowledge of food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients, and preparation times.
• Perform responsible alcohol service according to brand standards.
• Work in a team environment and assist other Servers and Team Members as needed.
• Enter all orders into the POS.
