About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group and The DoubleTree by Hilton Leominster are seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Bartender/Server to join their team. The role supports a hospitality-focused service culture, prioritizing respectful, authentic service and guest satisfaction. The position requires flexibility to work banquet, breakfast, and night shifts and requires TIP certification. This is a tipped-eligible position; compensation and benefit details will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

• TIP certification is required.
• Flexibility to work banquet, breakfast, and night shifts.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a bartending role.
• Thorough knowledge of alcohol-serving practices and standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
• Ability to exceed guest expectations.
• Detail-oriented.
• Team player.

Nice To Haves

• Bartending certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar with appropriate levels of liquor, juices, crushes, additives, soda, and other supplies.
• Keep the bar, glasses, and cutlery clean and sanitized.
• Verify that guests are of legal age to consume alcohol.
• Prepare drink orders according to bar standards and guest preferences.
• Present bar bills and accept payment.
• Engage guests and ensure they are satisfied.
• Monitor guests for alcohol overconsumption and take appropriate steps as necessary.
• Lock up and store beverage, food, and other equipment items; deposit cash drops and secure the bank.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
