About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and every shift is an opportunity to brighten customers’ days. You prepare coffee, food, and other beverages to standard recipes or customized customer requests, provide friendly service, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Work as part of a team and build relationships.
