About The Position

Starbucks Baristas craft coffee and create warm, welcoming customer experiences. In a fast-paced store environment, they engage with customers, learn their needs, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized requests, and perform a variety of store tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Ability to learn quickly.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store policies and standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize them according to customer requests.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
