About The Position
As a Starbucks Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee can spark connection. You engage with customers, help brighten their day, and contribute to meaningful moments through friendly service and attention to their preferences. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work. Baristas prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, handle cash, follow store safety and security policies, and perform a variety of tasks during each shift. Requirements

- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service through clear, pleasant communication and by identifying and responding to customer needs.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
- Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and safety and security.
- Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Work effectively as part of a team and build relationships.
