About The Position

The Barista prepares and serves a variety of coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, and cappuccinos, while providing friendly, efficient service in a vibrant, fast-paced coffee shop. The role includes taking orders, recommending drinks based on customer preferences, creating latte art, and presenting beverages attractively. The Barista maintains a clean and organized work area and coffee equipment, follows health and safety guidelines, handles cash transactions, and may upsell pastries, snacks, or merchandise. The position calls for someone who enjoys coffee and creating memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
