About The Position
As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where each cup of coffee can spark connection. You engage with customers, provide pleasant service, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, and contribute to a fast-paced store environment. The role offers developmental experiences and access to Starbucks partner benefits.
Requirements
- No previous experience is required.
- Be available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.

Responsibilities
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards for cash handling, safety, and security.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredient substitutions.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
