About The Position
As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where each cup of coffee can spark connection. You engage with customers, brighten their day through thoughtful service, and prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized to customer requests. The role suits someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work. No previous experience is required. Baristas may perform a variety of tasks during each shift and must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide quality beverages and food products while meeting store operating policies and standards.
- Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customize them as requested, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
- Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
