About The Position
As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm, welcoming space and meaningful customer moments while preparing coffee, food, and other beverages. The role is suited to someone who enjoys engaging with people and working in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required; Starbucks describes opportunities for growth through developmental experiences and offers a range of partner benefits. Baristas maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, follow store operating standards, communicate with customers to identify and respond to their needs, prepare orders to standard recipes or customer specifications, and perform a variety of tasks during each shift. Work availability may need to include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store standards.
- Handle cash and follow store safety and security policies.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Follow store operating policies and standards.
