About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you create a warm and welcoming space where each cup of coffee can spark connection. You engage with customers, help meet their needs, and create meaningful moments through friendly service. The role involves preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, handling cash, and maintaining store safety and operating standards. Baristas may perform a variety of tasks during each shift in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customization requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
