About The Position

As a Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and each interaction can brighten a customer’s day. The role involves engaging with customers, responding to their needs, preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, and carrying out a variety of store tasks in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required; Starbucks describes opportunities for growth through developmental experiences.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products while meeting store operating policies and standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize them for customers, including adjusting temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
