About The Position

The Barista creates a warm and welcoming space where every cup of coffee can spark connection. The role focuses on creating meaningful customer moments through friendly service, remembering customer preferences, and engaging with people in a fast-paced environment. Baristas prepare beverages and food products to standard recipes or customize orders to meet customer needs, while maintaining store standards and contributing to a positive team environment. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products while meeting store operating policies and standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customize orders as requested, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
Handle cash and support store safety and security.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Work as part of a team and build relationships with customers and colleagues.
