About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you help create a warm and welcoming space where each cup of coffee can spark connection. You engage with customers, make their visits meaningful, and contribute to a fast-paced store environment. You prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize orders to meet customer requests, while following store policies and standards. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while meeting store operating policies and standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
