Responsibilities

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Follow store operating policies and standards, including preparing quality beverages and food products and following cash-handling, safety, and security procedures.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredient substitutions.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
