About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. You contribute to meaningful customer moments through friendly service, remembering customer preferences, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment. You prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize orders, and may perform a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized customer requests, including adjustments to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Handle cash and follow store safety, security, and operating policies.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
