About The Position
As a Barista, you help create a warm, welcoming space where each cup of coffee can spark connection. You engage with customers, provide pleasant service, and help make each visit meaningful. The role suits someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize them to customer requests. You follow store operating standards for product quality, cash handling, and safety and security, and perform a range of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required. Responsibilities
- Provide quality beverages and food products according to store standards.
- Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize them for customers, including changing temperature or ingredient quantities or making substitutions.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
