About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. Through engaging with customers and providing friendly service, you create meaningful moments. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, and performing a range of store tasks. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Follow store operating policies and standards, including quality, cash handling, and safety and security requirements.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customization requests.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
