About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee and personal interactions foster connection. You engage with customers, provide pleasant service, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, and perform a variety of store tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Meet store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
