About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. You engage with customers and create meaningful moments through friendly service, such as offering a warm smile or remembering a favorite order. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work. No previous experience is required. Responsibilities

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Follow store operating policies and standards, including standards for beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer-customized instructions, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
