About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee helps people connect. You engage with customers, provide friendly service, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, and contribute to store operations. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment and performing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Follow store operating policies and standards for beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
