About The Position

As a Barista at Hilton Atlanta, you provide food and drink service while creating memorable guest experiences and sharing Hilton’s hospitality. You prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages, assist guests with menu choices, take and enter orders, and serve them promptly. You are expected to maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness standards. Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively find ways to make the guest experience special.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to standardized recipes and guest preferences.
• Learn menu items and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and complete orders promptly with attention to detail.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
