About The Position

The Barista at Hilton Austin provides food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences through warm, attentive hospitality. The role includes preparing coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to standardized recipes and guest preferences; learning menu items and specials; taking and entering orders; and serving them promptly. The Barista must also follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations. Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make each guest’s experience special.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to standardized recipes and guest preferences.
• Learn menu items and specials to assist guests and answer questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and complete orders promptly with attention to detail.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations to support guest and Team Member well-being.
