About The Position

The Lead Barista at Signia by Hilton Atlanta provides food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences through friendly, attentive hospitality. The role prepares coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to standardized recipes and guest preferences; learns menu items and specials to assist guests; takes and enters orders into the point-of-sale system; and completes orders promptly. The position also maintains compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make the guest experience special.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to standardized recipes and guest preferences.
• Learn menu items and specials to assist guests and answer their questions.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and complete orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
