About The Position

The Banquet Houseperson helps create memorable guest experiences by preparing banquet spaces for events and maintaining clean, inviting rooms. The role includes setting up tables and chairs according to each function’s requirements, cleaning and preparing banquet rooms, and monitoring the area to promptly address spills, discarded service items, and other issues. Team members are expected to bring a friendly, upbeat attitude to guest interactions and demonstrate Hilton’s values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make the guest experience special.
• Set up tables and chairs according to the requirements for each function.
• Clean and prepare banquet rooms, ensuring walls and surfaces are spotless.
• Keep the banquet area clean and promptly address spills, discarded service items, and other issues.
