About The Position

The Barista delivers exceptional customer experiences and actively contributes to the store’s sales performance by driving sales and representing the Coach brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. The role includes welcoming and assisting guests, maintaining knowledge of the menu, merchandise, and Coach brand heritage, and promoting beverages, food, and merchandise. The Barista also supports visual merchandising and store operations, prepares handcrafted beverages, and collaborates with team members.

The position requires a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays. Physical duties include regularly lifting at least 25 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering around the sales floor and stockroom. Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks.
• Organizational skills and ability to work with food and beverage operating systems.
• Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
• Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.; climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
