About The Position

The Barista delivers exceptional customer experiences and contributes to store sales by promoting beverages, food, and merchandise while representing the Coach brand professionally and enthusiastically. The role includes guest engagement, product and brand knowledge, customized selling, visual merchandising support, food and beverage preparation, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, and collaborating with team members. The schedule must be flexible to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays. The position requires regularly lifting at least 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds, as well as climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering around the sales floor and stockroom. Requirements

Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks.
Organizational skills and ability to work with food and beverage operating systems.
Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling.
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays.
