About The Position

The Barista delivers exceptional customer experiences and contributes to store sales performance by driving sales and representing the Coach brand professionally and enthusiastically. The role includes welcoming guests, sharing knowledge of the menu, merchandise, and Coach brand heritage, and promoting beverages, food, and merchandise. Baristas prepare handcrafted beverages and help maintain visual, cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards. The description notes that its duties are representative and not exhaustive.

Requirements

Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks.
Organizational skills and ability to work with food and beverage operating systems.
Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
