About The Position

The Barista delivers exceptional customer experiences and contributes to store sales performance by driving sales and representing the Coach brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. The role involves welcoming and assisting guests, maintaining knowledge of the menu, merchandise, and Coach brand heritage, and promoting beverages, food, and merchandise. The Barista also supports visual standards and store operations, including preparing handcrafted beverages and maintaining cleanliness and food safety. The schedule is flexible to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays. Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks.
• Organizational skills and ability to work with food and beverage operating systems.
• Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by promoting beverages, food, and merchandise; customize orders and highlight limited-availability items.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare handcrafted beverages.
• Work closely with team members to solve problems and share selling strategies.
• Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling.
