About The Position

The Barista prepares high-quality coffee beverages and provides fast, friendly, and professional service during a high-volume breakfast and lunch program developed through the Harbour Club and Caracas Bakery collaboration. The role requires speed, consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure during busy morning and lunch service. The position serves members and public guests in a polished members-club environment. It involves preparing espresso-based drinks and other beverages, operating coffee equipment, maintaining a clean and organized station, replenishing supplies, following health and sanitation guidelines, and coordinating with teammates to support smooth service.
