About The Position
Market of Choice bakery employees help create a pleasant in-store atmosphere and provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service. The bakery offers homemade baked goods for different occasions and tastes, including cakes, doughnuts, and bagels. Bakery staff work in a high-energy, team-oriented environment, preparing customer orders accurately, promptly, and courteously. No experience is necessary; training is provided. The role offers an opportunity to advance in a bakery career, including growth toward becoming a baker or cake decorator.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be motivated, able to work in a team environment, and have effective communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
- Prepare espresso and coffee drinks accurately according to customer requests.
- Stock, market, and sell pastries, coffee cakes, and other bakery products.
- Perform cashiering duties as needed.
- Help maintain related equipment.
- Perform general housekeeping.
