About The Position
85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking Store Front Associates in Stockton who are committed to exceptional customer service, attentive to detail, and willing to take on challenges and grow with the company. Associates provide service that exceeds customer expectations, respond to guests’ individual needs, and help make each visit memorable. They work with coworkers and store management to deliver outstanding service and maintain an uplifting atmosphere. The role includes cross-training in the Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments, with duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks. Employees must follow company policies and guidelines, arrive on time for scheduled shifts, and comply with Health Department regulations. The position involves moderate physical activity and exposure to cooler and freezer temperatures. Duties and responsibilities may change or be assigned without notice.
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher.
- Be at least 17 years of age.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills.
- ServSafe certification.
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week.
- Weekend availability is required.
