About The Position

85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking a Baker to prepare and decorate baked goods while helping maintain the quality and service standards of the store. The role involves daily bakery operations, including separating, filling, and baking products, maintaining a clean and healthy work environment, and ensuring sufficient bread is available. Associates work with store management and teammates and may be cross-trained in Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments. Weekend and holiday availability is required. This position involves moderate physical activity, nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, overhead reaching, and possible exposure to coolers and blast freezers.

Requirements

High school diploma or higher.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Weekend and holiday availability.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Acceptable verbal English communication skills.
Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills.
ServSafe certification.
Ability to perform moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead.
Ability to stand and walk nearly continuously and use heavy machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
