About The Position
85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking Store Front Associates to provide exceptional customer service and help create a positive guest experience. Associates work with the store management team and coworkers to deliver outstanding service and an uplifting atmosphere. The role includes baking bread, decorating cakes, making drinks, and cross-training across the Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments. Employees must arrive on time for scheduled shifts and follow company policies and guidelines. Duties and responsibilities may change or be assigned as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills.
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week.
- Available to work weekends; weekend and holiday availability are strongly preferred, and the job details state weekend availability is required.
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Able to perform moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead.
- Able to work around unusual elements, including extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers.
