About The Position

The Barista prepares specialty coffee and tea drinks to specified standards while providing guests with professional, friendly, and timely service. The role maintains coffee equipment and the counter, handles preparation and stocking, stays knowledgeable about the menu, and participates in ongoing service training. The Barista provides daily or weekly inventory of coffee, tea, beverages, and supplies and polishes silverware and glassware. The position also focuses on meeting guest expectations and creating memorable “WOW” moments, and may include additional duties assigned based on business needs. This is a winter seasonal role at Pendry Park City.

Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Ability to stand and remain mobile for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during a shift.
Ability to push and pull food-serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi-regular basis.

Responsibilities

Prepare specialty coffee and tea drinks to specified standards and provide professional, friendly, and timely guest service.
Maintain the cleanliness of coffee equipment and the counter, and handle preparation and stocking.
Maintain menu knowledge and participate in ongoing service training.
Provide daily or weekly inventory of coffee, tea, beverages, and supplies.
Polish silverware and glassware.
Meet guest expectations and strive to create memorable guest experiences.
Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
