About The Position

We are looking for a passionate, energetic coffee enthusiast with a flair for creating delightful experiences to join our team as a Barista. The role involves preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, operating coffee equipment, maintaining quality and presentation standards, and providing a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous experience in a barista role.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and machine operation.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency in spoken English.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages.
• Consistently maintain high standards of beverage quality and presentation.
• Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
