About The Position

We are looking for a coffee enthusiast with a flair for creating delightful experiences who is passionate and energetic to join the team. The Barista prepares and serves coffee and other beverages, maintains high standards of quality and presentation, operates coffee equipment, follows cleanliness and sanitation standards, answers guests’ questions, and collaborates with team members to provide efficient service and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous experience in a barista role.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and coffee machine operation.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to speak English proficiently.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages.
• Consistently maintain high standards of beverage quality and presentation.
• Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
