About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where customers can connect over coffee. Requirements

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store policies and standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer-requested modifications.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
