About The Position

As a Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and each shift offers opportunities to brighten customers’ days. You engage with customers, help meet their needs, and prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized specifications. The role suits someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in contributing to a fast-paced store environment. No previous experience is required.

• Able to meet store operating policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, discover their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
