About The Position

The Barista creates a warm and welcoming environment and meaningful customer experiences while preparing coffee, beverages, and food. The role involves engaging with customers, responding to their needs, preparing orders according to standard recipes or customer-requested modifications, and completing a variety of store tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store operating policies and standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substituted ingredients.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
