About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you support the management team in creating an excellent customer experience and achieving desired results. You share responsibility for assigned store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store. The role includes fostering a positive environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers. You report to the Store Manager.

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar-volume apparel business.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Availability to travel occasionally to other store locations, if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in achieving sales results and growing the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling skills, and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Serve as a role model to team members for delivering the customer experience.
• Help ensure merchandising and operational standards are consistently met.
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
• Learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude to create a great work environment.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and perform supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent.
