About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to assist the store's General Manager with daily operations and implementation of operating standards. The role includes inventory and supply counts, maintaining a clean facility and equipment, supervising employees, interviewing and onboarding team members, cleaning and maintaining the store, and rotating commissary deliveries. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Availability to work full-time
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to motivate people and build solid, cohesive teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
