About The Position

The Barista creates a warm, welcoming customer experience and meaningful connections through coffee service. This role suits someone who enjoys engaging with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and taking pride in their work. Baristas prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customer specifications, handle cash, follow store safety and security policies, and perform a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
