About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee can spark connection. You engage with customers, provide friendly service, and help make each visit meaningful. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, and performing a variety of store tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards for cash handling, safety, and security.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Work as part of a team and build relationships.
