About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and customer interactions brighten someone’s day. You prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize orders, engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs, and perform a variety of store tasks while following operating standards. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products according to store standards.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security policies.
• Engage with customers, discover their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize them to customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredient substitutions.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
