Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store operating policies and standards.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize orders, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substituted ingredients.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
