About The Position

The Barista creates a warm and welcoming customer experience by preparing coffee, beverages, and food, engaging with customers, and helping make each visit meaningful. The role requires working in a fast-paced store environment, communicating clearly and pleasantly, and adapting orders to customer preferences. No previous experience is required. Baristas may perform a variety of tasks during each shift and are expected to follow store standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Learn quickly, follow oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.
Work as part of a team and build relationships.
