About The Position
As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where customers can connect over coffee. You contribute to meaningful customer moments through friendly service, attention to customers’ preferences, and pride in your work. The role is suited to someone who enjoys engaging with people and working in a fast-paced environment. Baristas prepare beverages and food products to standard recipes or customize them to meet customer requests, while following store operating policies and standards. They may perform a variety of tasks during each shift and are expected to maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. No previous experience is required.

- Be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security.
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes and accommodate customer-requested recipe changes.
- Be available to perform a range of tasks during each shift.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build relationships.
Responsibilities
