Baristas help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee fosters connection. They engage with customers, provide pleasant service, prepare beverages and food, and contribute to a positive customer experience in a fast-paced store environment. Requirements

No previous experience required.
Ability to learn quickly.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships.
Availability for flexible hours, potentially including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations.
Handle cash and follow store policies and standards for product quality, safety, and security.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
